North Easton Savings Bank and Mutual Bank are combining our systems the weekend of November 2nd, and we want to let you know about key dates and times running up to the New and Improved North Easton Savings Bank on November 4th!
Branches
- All North Easton Savings Bank branches will be open during regular business hours on Friday, November 1 and will be closed on Saturday and Sunday, November 2 and 3.
- All branches will re-open on Monday, November 4 at normal banking hours.
ATM Access / Debit Cards
- You may continue to use your current ATM/Debit card.
- All Mutual Bank and North Easton Savings Bank ATM machines will be limited to cash withdrawals only on Saturday and Sunday, November 2 and 3. You will not be able to make deposits or access balance information.
Statements /
e-Statements
- Final monthly statements will be mailed on Friday, November 1.
- Your past e-Statements will not transfer. It is recommended that you download or print copies of your e-Statement history prior to Friday, November 1.
Online &
Mobile Banking
- As of 9:00 AM on Friday, November 1, online and mobile banking will be unavailable.
- You will be able to log back into online banking at 10:00 AM on Monday, November 4.
- You will need to update the North Easton Savings Bank mobile app on your Android or iPhone after 10:00 AM on Monday, November 4.
Bill Pay
- Bill Pay will be unavailable for scheduling payments as of 9:00 AM on Friday, November 1. Any previously scheduled payments will be paid as scheduled.
- Personal banking customers will be able to access bill pay as of 10:00 AM on Monday, November 4.
- Business banking customers will be able to access bill pay as of 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 5.
Telephone Banking
- Telephone banking will be unavailable as of 5:00 PM on Friday, November 1.
- You may begin using telephone banking as of 9:00 AM on Monday, November 4. The new telephone banking number will be: 888-226-5276.
P2P Transactions
- Between 9:00 AM Friday, November 1 and 10:00 AM Monday, November 4, you will not be able to transfer money out of any P2P applications like Venmo, Uber, Lyft or Zelle to your checking account. Debit transactions will still be available.
Direct Deposit
- Any direct deposits, including payroll and social security, scheduled for November 1 will take place.
